Panel Discussion: The conference will feature an interactive panel session to address the challenges and opportunities that are faced in the clinical setting.
Andrew Pattison Marta Stybowski Norman Thurecht
The discussion will be lead by industry experts and will explore the current challenges and thinking around health service execution in community pharmacy. Only a proportion of pharmacies that are actively providing services (and claiming) are ‘maximising their payment’ - why are some pharmacies achieving better results? This session will uncover the importance of clear alignment between workflow, attitude and expected outcomes. With the 7CPA just around the corner our panel will provide analysis and solutions to support a better outcome in health service execution.
