Mastering the 3T's to 3X your business

Addressing the Roadblocks to Full Scope of Practice
This conference is all about Practicing at Full Scope. But how do you actually feel when faced with adding more services into your business?  For most, the voice inside your head is saying "oh not more work"!  And then you move onto the usual objections which sound like "we don't have the time", "we don't have the staff" and "we don't know how".

In an emerging world where our scope of practice is only set to grow, in this hands-on workshop, we'll be exploring the 3 critical roadblocks that limit our ability to take on more services effectively and efficiently - time, talent and tactics.

We'll dive into your existing workflows, talent (vs staff), systems and operations to identify areas of opportunity, and to create innovative solutions to overcome these roadblocks. You'll leave with an action plan that you can use to review and implement additional services and offerings in your pharmacy today, tomorrow, and in the future.

Zamil Solanki works with health entrepreneurs – from small businesses to large multi-national organisations - to help them overcome unique challenges and achieve their goals through curated training programs, and bespoke holistic solutions. Unlike other coaches and consultants, we pair global research and techniques with our own experiences, having grown our own pharmacy by $4 million and exiting it for 3x the industry average multiple. To do this, we focus holistically using 5 key pillars - mindset, planning, leadership, marketing and sales and specialize in workflow, innovation, automation and systems.

Zamil's experience is extensive with his first pharmacy job commencing at the age of 10, dispensing since the age of 14 and entering ownership soon after university. He was the 2017 TerryWhite Chemmart Pharmacist of the Year, and his pharmacy a finalist in the 2019 Guild Pharmacy of the Year awards.

Since then and through his work as a Business Strategist and Entrepreneurial Coach, he has helped add millions of dollars to the bottom line of many businesses, including growing revenues beyond 12x.
